Dr. McDonald serves as President of Global Chaplaincy Center, Bahamas (GCCB), where she is providing visionary leadership, guiding the organization in its impactful services. Under her direction, GCCB is supported by a dynamic team of dedicated professionals committed to advancing chaplaincy with excellence, integrity, and compassion.

Before entering chaplaincy leadership, Dr. McDonald built a successful career in the Financial Sector as a Banker and Corporate Manager. During that time, she became widely recognized as a trusted source of spiritual and emotional support for colleagues and clients during times of crisis. Although she did not formally hold the title of chaplain, she consistently embodied the role through compassionate care, active listening, and the ministry of presence.

Today, GCCB continues its mission of serving individuals, communities, and organizations across diverse cultural and faith backgrounds. This commitment is demonstrated through patience, open-mindedness, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability. With a strategic focus on training, ordaining, and deploying chaplains. Dr. McDonald’s leadership is making a meaningful impact in the nations where GCCB maintains a presence.

In addition to her role as President, Dr. McDonald serves as Chancellor of Global Chaplaincy College, where she provides leadership in academic development, ministerial training, and credentialing. Her vision reflects a balanced commitment to structured ministry formation while affirming spiritual care as an essential component of everyday life.

Through her leadership, Dr. McDonald continues to inspire others to serve with compassion, integrity, and excellence, equipping chaplains to bring hope, healing, and spiritual support to individuals and communities around the world.
